<h4>The New Dodge Challenger</h4>

The new Dodge Challenger will be available as a 2008 model, in mid to late 2007. These dates are subject to change.<BR>
<BR>
The Challenger will sport the 6.1L 425hp Hemi, and possibly the 392ci 6.4L 500+hp Hemi. Behind the massive Hemi will be the Viper 6-speed transmission.<BR>
<BR>
The chassis for the Challenger will be the new LY platform. The LY is based on the LX platform chassis, but the wheelbase will be shortened by 4" to better fit the upcoming coupe models from Dodge and Chrysler.<BR>
